bigmike Maybe the little shit Belamy will get a lesser charge as he is being delt with by the FAW.... why the hell he is being delt with when they play in the English leagues is beyond me.. Either they are in the english league or not..

Chuck them back to wales thats what I say

Completely and utterly agree. I believe (but may be wrong) the FAW have previous for letting their offenders off lightly in comparison. If the Welsh clubs want to play in the English league then they should be regulated by the English FA like all of the other clubs.

And what a waste of a three match ban. For that price he should have punched the gobby little rulebender Chopra right in the mouth!

Stranded
Silver Fox
Super Royals I doubt it will include the QPR game because he couldn't play in it anyway, so he'll probably miss Watford @ Home as well :(

He's not ineligible from the FA's POV though is he?

Isn't it an FA rule that a loanee can't play against their host club though?

Think it's down to the clubs concerned.

I believe that is correct. I think there was a case last season where I think Plymouth allowed a player who they had loaned out to play against them and he scored and although the F A Cup and Premier League rules may be different Arsene Wenger has definitely allowed his own players to play against Arsenal in those two Competitions.

Ian Royal Not especially surprised, we've got some gobby shite's in our team these days and it definitely all kicked off with a bit of handbags for a while.

The Surgeon of Crowthorne Similarly if the ban period covered a cup game would that count given his ineligibility for that match?

Are Reading due to be kicked out of the FA Cup for fielding an ineligible player then?

LoyalRoyal22 When the mele kicked off at the end, he punches chopra in the ribs. You can see it on OS highlights

So why has he been banned then?

Surely this should be rewarded

As far as the FA/Football league is concerned he is eligible to play against QPR

Hence the ban counts for a game he will not play because of an agreement between teams

Eh? Note sure you understood my question - if Leigertwood's 3 game ban covered a period when we were due to play a cup game, would that cup game count as one of the 3 if Leigertwood couldn't play in if he were cup tied?
To answer my own queston, I guess not :|

no not really, just the same as you but 150 miles west - for someone who spends most of the time saying how everyone who supports RFC (English) are c*nts this is all rather ironic.

Well done Mikele, real intelligent thing to do.

Let's hope Gunnarsson and/or Tabb make it look like Leigertwood isn't needed.

Bellamy's charge is apparently for throwing a water bottle and hitting Church.

Fans face a lifetime ban for throwing missiles, if only...............

Mentioned on other threads, they call it a tunnel incident but it was more on the pitch. Cameras quite easily pick ul Leigertwood throwing a punch into the side/back of who i believe was Chopra. More may of kicked off down tunnel but the punch was enough and lucky its not five games!!!!

Stupid thing to do. Tried to be sneaky and it backfired as picked up by tv.

Expect the welsh FA to be heavy handed and ask him many stern questions, after which they conclude a warning is sufficient.
LOL yeah. As Church is also Welsh, they'll just tell them to kiss and make up.
