Really? To me it looked like he was totally out of position, moved a step right after the ball was clearly struck to his left and failed his attempt at yet another camera save. It's amazing how he makes everything look ten times harder than it actually is.


Moved right because that's where it looked like the ball was going. It then swerved left and he had his weight going to wrong way so wasn't able to get a full spring out to the left hence fingertips on the ball and it nestling in the corner.

Good strike.

From the highlights it looked a good swerving shot that Federici should have saved without too much trouble really.

I am not convinced that McCarthy let in any goals as soft as that.

As great as Federici played tonight, it was the run of 8 wins in a row that got us here, and we have McCarthy to thank for some of that.

2 world class goalkeepers and proud of both of them.
