He won't be the first one out (of the Premiership) but if it carries on like this, he will be gone sooner rather than later. I'm not advocating that, just stating it as an inevitability.

He performed miracles to get the team up last season, but it might have been better if he hadn't. I just don't think we are anywhere near good enough, and no change of manager will alter that.

What do you mean better if he hadn't. Even if we're not good enough we have the oppurtunity to play in the best league in the world.

most club chairman/owners are clueless but as we have seen so many times in the past they are far to quick to hit the panic button and sack the manager if things are going badly but the reality is this Russian has invested £20+ million in the club and if he feals his investment is under threat because of poor results than I suspect he won't hesitate to sack Mcdermott.

But is a bit lame to start calling this out already, though if you want a serious answer, I would say December, if we are still in the bottom three. I will not be happy about it if he is given the boot regardless.
Funds were not available and that is the root cause of our start, though in reality we have not actually been that bad and we always start slowly.
I have faith.
