Yes, right arm by his side tucked in.
But it hit his left arm which was outstretched at 90 degrees to his body and was inside the box.

@ 39 seconds on this.

Anyway, not given :-)

As I thought, pen all day long, but ref blindsided. oxf*rd knows what the lino was looking at.

At a guess he was doing his job and looking at the defensive line about 12 yards from where Morrison was to see whether any of the forwards were offside at the moment the ball was struck. It’s not his job to watch for handballs on the edge of the area in situations like that.

He does, however, have to be watching for when the ball is played (otherwise he wouldn’t be able to give offsides), so it’s a reasonable question to ask.

Peripheral vision and listening , you can’t be watching play outside the box and then refocus across the line in front of you in time to accurately judge offside and also spot a possible handball.

Also nice work by Morrison styling it out when it clearly would have hurt like hell.

 wouldn't have looked great if he stood there waving and rubbing his arm in pain.

Not sure you can say sauntering off looking guilty as sin is styling it out.

At least we can say that "these things even themselves out over the course of a season".

Got away with McIntyre's foul in the box against Luton too, so happy to get over Sheffield Wednesday now.

Why should it? Why can’t we just get crap decisions throughout the year, or not?
It’s quite possible we get shit refs each game

Like the argument that we had a strong side out because 5 of the players also played for us on Boxing Day

Ignoring the fact 4 of them were only playing due to injury to our usual first teamers (arguably all 5)

I don’t understand how high or drunk you’d have to be to design a website like that and think to yourself “yeah that’ll do, it’s fine”.

What in the name of crack-cocaine is it??

I said this about their forum on Boxing Day.

From Despair To Where? I was looking at their forum and the layout is like a throwback to 1998. I gave up after 5 minutes because it hurt my head.

Not too bothered about today's result, its the least important match of the season.

It competes with ours about as well as Luton have with us in the league.

Actually that's unfair, they competed much better than that abomination.

Argument about who had the strongest side out is a bit pointless, we lost, end of. They didn’t ask us to field a reserve team, it was the managers choice so ‘we had loads of U23 players, that’s why we lost’ cuts no ice.

It’s not us highlighting the argument. It’s them trying to make themselves feel better about being largely outplayed by kids. No skin off my back.

‘ In any scenario we would have lost for me. Their front four were on another level.’
