So we have a Nobber saying no charge on the stadium/land and a twitter (or should that be twit) claiming there is. So I did a search on Vibrac and ended up here:

So is this cause for concern or is @richie87 a clever wind up merchant who does a bit of research in order to make his wind ups far more credible?

Best way of answering that would be for someone we all trust to do the check on the Land Registry - now where is that FSF bloke when you need him? (I will reimburse the £3 if needs be!).

Don't think it's that uncommon for clubs to borrow against future receipts (Rangers most notable) or future unpaid transfer fees where it is paid in installments. With the Football Creditor rules they are almost certainly going to get repaid unless the club that owes the dosh goes into Liquidation. Even then, I think money owed from premier league etc is still distributed as and when due but direct to football creditors.

As for charge on the stadium or not as the case maybe, I have checked the Land Registry, paid my £3 and as of yesterday's date, there were no charges visible.
