Yet again Pog was the stand out performer.

Decent strike by McCleary.

Still passed it round like fanny's at the back, putting McCarthy under pressure with the ball at his feet where he CLEARLY isn't comfortable.

Fair result thanks to three or four outstanding saves from McCarthy. 'Arry will probably feel hard done by.

Ref gave us nothing all game.

Pog, Mozza and McCarthy - for the saves, not his kicking - were the stand-out performers. Baird useful when he got on the ball which wasn't nearly enough.

Phillips should have exploited Kelly more and, surprisingly, Johnson looked decent for the last ten.

why did Gunter jump out of the way of the free kick? was the ball too muddy and didn`t want to get his shirt dirty?

QPR Marginally better. No real end product from us and not a lot more.from qpr.
Lost 2 points thanks to a stupid gorkss lunge reminiscent of sonko at his worst.
Good goal from mccleary. Didn't see him delivef a lot else.
Woeful crossing. Pick a man not hit and hope!
Good saves from mccarthy.
Subs too late.
Where was alf?
Baird still not hugely impessing me.
We give too muc space.in midfield and around our box.

Decent but disappointing result.

Not a terrible performance, can't help but feel slightly underwhelmed though.

Good performance from Pog yet again however he needs to know when to release the ball! Also CB's had decent games bar the Gorkks challenge on Austin for their goal.

McCarthy was at fault for their goal. 9 times out of 10 a player will not bend the free kick up and over the wall from 20 yards. McCarthy made the decision for Barton by standing right in the middle of the goal allowing him virtually a free shot into the bottom corner, disappointing from him but also made 3 or 4 very good saves to keep the score level.

Also feel Adkins should have made the changes 10 minutes earlier to allow more time for them to get into the game, especially as we were basically playing with 1 up front due to Robson-Kanu not being involved.

Overall, a decent performance against a good team but I am still not convinced!

McCarthy - 7.5 - Would be more if his distribution wasn't so awful. Made some fantastic saves
Gunter - 8 - Excellent in the first half, quietly effective in the 2nd.
Morrison - 7.5 - One of his better games
Gorkss - 6 - Woeful in the first 5 minutes and gave away the crucial free kick, but otherwise not bad.
Kelly - 6 - Again bad in the first 5, not great in the 1st, but much much better after the break
Guthrie - 7 - Best when dropping deep, fed the wingers well
Baird - 7 - Solid, but quiet. Almost a 5th defender.
HRK - 6 - Broke well a few times but no end product
McCleary - 7 - Contender for our goal of the season, looked lively from the middle.
Obita - 5 - Wasteful. Some good flashes, but not quite ready as a starter yet.
Pogrebnyak - 9 - Absolutely excellent. Ball stuck to his feet like glue, winning in the air, winning on the ground, always getting the ball away and not selfish.

Subs - Pointless.

Pog was excellent
He's needs better support tho, not Kanu!

Only caught second half via a pretty good stream but I thought we looked much better than them until Johnson came on. Pog was excellent.

Sharp was only on for 7 minutes, but he showed a few good touches, looks like Pog is an automatic choice now, so the others are fighting for one spot

We had a couple of good breaks but the final ball was weak and in front of goal besides Pog we offered little threat IMO
We need two strikers in the pitch, I don't really understand atkins thoughts regarding Kanu or why he subbed so late

I thought Kanu played pretty well actually...football eh?

Once Gorkss started to get into the swing of things we looked pretty solid at the back. Kelly is still a walking disaster at LB. Baird is a decent ball player but doesn't offer enough energy. Obita much better today than he was last weekend, as was McCleary.

Should have gone on to win it but that was a good response to last week without ever being a fantastic performance.

Thought we should have lost the game pretty comfortably tbh. McCarthy such an excellent shot stopper

Gorkss looked okay to be honest. Not convinced Obita has what it takes just yet, I think McAnuff should come back into the side or revert to 4-4-2 with Alf/Sharp playing.
