Brentford away 4th October will be quality! Memories of that Curo goal that sent us up!

UpThePrem Bournemouth and Leeds are always on Tuesdays, both home and away. Is that the police specifying that??

Wouldn't have thought so. Surely if they suspect crowd trouble it would be easier to manage it on a Saturday with an early kick off?
I know, last season at least, they tried to put the longer away trips on Tuesdays to maximise attendances which would explain Leeds but as for Bournemouth, who knows?

Shame Brentford at home is not a bit earlier. It will probably be meaningless by then.

Just noticed that, although the Championship aren't playing on New Years day because of FA Cup on January 3rd, the Premier League are playing!
That should ensure they all put out full strength sides in the cup!

No game on Boxing Day! Brighton can't host games when there's no public transport.

BBC saying we're playing Wolves on their main article. Someone spoofed!

Good to know beforehand that we're starting the season with a defeat.

Brentford away is the only one I'm bothered about, and looks like I can go. Happy days

It looks a pretty tough August, all told.

Not bothered. I'd rather get a toughy like Wigan out the way early doors any way. It's always an inconsistent league, that's what makes it so enjoyable. Bring it on!

As in New Year's day is a Thursday two days before the FA Cup 3rd round. Because of this there are no New Year's day games in the championship but there is in the Premier League which I was saying will make them more likely to put out the reserves in the cup.
