Nobody spotted the piece in The Sun today saying Adkins has been handed a £10-million transfer kitty?

Not exactly Man City but something at least.

That's Gylffi's left leg, all we need now is his right, a torso, a head. Do without the arms probably.

I would suggest we need a defender or two. (CB and LB)

Ok. Cov can keep their striker, and we'll have Cresswell for £5m.

Might want to save a bit for wages?

I agree that they might be a problem.

Not entirely clear whether it includes wages - if that's just on transfer fees, then fantastic, but if not then.... meeeeh?

Tbf it's not entirely clear whether there is a scintilla of truth in the report. It's just something that has been published which may or may not have some substance.

One defender, ideally a utility player who can cover centre and left, would be right.

That 10 million would have to be just fees. If it has to cover wages alone then we'll be after free transfers as it's not hard to spend £10 million in wages/ associated costs over 3 years on 4 players

I'd be more inclined to believe the bullsh*t in the gylfi thread than i would an article in The Sun.

Le Fondre - 350k
Doyle - 90k

Emerse Fae - £2.5 mill
Greg Halford - £2.25 mill

It's quality, not quantity

I'd like Andrew Surman to be one of our summer signings.

And even then IIRC it was euros not pounds.

All this talk of a buyout is a bit boring.

Can we talk about alien visitation instead?

Maybe the topics are not mutually exclusive.

And even then the euro was much weaker than it is now.
