I find Crosby quite dis-likable. No-one ever really said anything good about him when he started. He has public spats with players on the field and is partially responsible for the rubbish we're seeing. if/when Adkins goes, he'd better not stick around.

I do think the way our team is set up makes defending very difficult. The back 4 are constantly exposed. Full backs out of position,Midfield over run. Individual errors are bound to cost u when all of that is happening

I have mentioned before that Adkins generally sits there and is not at all vocal during the game, this Crosby fella likes to shout, but quite what he is shouting I have no idea, as the players do not seem to respond to it.

We certainly need a new defensive coach - because whatever they are "taught" at the moment is rubbish.

Utter crap, take your ear muffs off next time and you will hear what he's saying and see for yourself that the players are responding. I can hear him from where I sit and every time he shouts something like "give away possession", "don't tackle" or "don't score" the players respond.
