QPR (H) Match Thread - Sponsored by Colin

by genome » 03 Dec 2015 19:25

Reading starting XI vs QPR: Al-Habsi, Gunter, Taylor, Hector (c), Ferdinand, Norwood, Williams, Fernandez, McCleary, Vydra, Blackman.
Subs: Bond, Robson-Kanu, Sa, Obita, Hurtado, John, Cooper.

Dare I say I'm glad to see HRK back.

3 Central Midfielders, Sa dropped, no Piazon at all. Austin not starting.

3-0 Reading win nailed on. Probably not.

3 in midfield?! Has Clarke finally woken up?

Damage might be too late for this game with regards to confidence but expect a much improved performance from recent weeks. HRK is a big plus (lol), offers more defensively than the others as well.

QPR seems to be specifically targeting Reading's left defensive side

Full of blue seats, could be the lowest attendance for div 2 level football since we moved to the Mad Stad

It somehow always is, especially in second half

The stadium inhibits the wind, allowing heat to be radiated away quicker.

Am I the only one getting a lot of interference on the Player? I get 5 seconds of Tim Dellor's dulcet tones, then a robotic interference/encryption pattern. Some might say I'm not missing much, I suppose.

** EDIT ** Seems to be only on Android, Chrome on my PC seems to be okay.

Fernandez looking decent. Overhit (but very difficult) through ball on that break.

Has Blackman had the ball without attempting a shot yet?

This is the 68th season of my watching or following this football club.

The never ending periods of League 3 South back in the dark ages seemed bad at the time, but somehow this past few weeks have felt worse. So much promise, then the familiar decline.

Agreed, Clarke must go.
