We battered them from the highlights. So close to a really good win, and really nice football on display. My reservations about Brian are crumbling based on that - and I was pretty pleased to see him back.

As far as Kanu is concerned Pepe called last night's goal as great work by Kanu but as I saw it there was just a run-of-the-mill cross from the fat man that needed a terrific jump and finish by Williams to score his 10th goal of the season.
If finally, finally, finally Kanu comes good after all the years and all the opportunities I will be delighted but fear that his few reasonable games will be far outweighed by the less so.
We will see.
