THere seems no logical reason, Wolves are at home to Real Madrid (sorry, Brighton) on the Friday so obviously there will be huge traffic issues heading up the M40 and perhaps they are worried that having another 600 of us travelling would just bring the network to it's knees.
Other than that the most likely reason would be Villa requested the date, which would mean Bruce should ask his club secretary why.

Apparently, there's a church near Villa Park and the church said that large crowds going to the game on Good Friday, together with lots of traffic and parking restrictions would interfere with one of their biggest services of the year.
