Old Man Andrews What are we going to do without Derby's annaul bottle job in the playoffs though?

Laugh when they bottle getting promoted from League 1 :D

Imagine Sky when Sunderland play Derby - it would be grotesque

tidus_mi2 On the Derby forum they seem overly confident that the EFL don't have a leg to stand on, that they signed off the stadium sale and would be open to legal measures if they try and punish Derby.

They might be right in the end but if it were us I'd be bricking it right now.

All fans of cheating teams do the same, see Saracens in rugby right now. They're convinced that the sky isn't blue, and they haven't exceeded the salary cap by 20%.

And now looks like they are going to be relegated even if they don't finish bottom as probably going to breach the cap rules again this year.

I genuinely hate Derby - please make this happen!

It would be oxf*rd hilarious.

Rooney did say he would take them out of the Championship!

Wasnt there something dodgy about the source of his wages as well, something to do with 32Red?

So what you're saying is that there's absolutely no pattern of suspect accounting practices at all at Derby County and selling the stadium to yourself for double the market value to balance the books, based on an independent valuation from a mate down the pub who owed a favour was entirely above board and not a bit suspect.

Well, that's another win for Detective HobNob.

England's record goalscorer being signed on some dodgy deal in order to give the EFL masses of exposure being overlooked? Never. :D

paultheroyal I have read two separate articles today and in both they quote Reading fc along with Birmingham and Sheffield Wednesday as under scrutiny for being in similar position to derby linked to their selling of ground rights!! Should we be worried?

No because we sold our for it's true value. Derby sold there's for £80m. No way it's worth that.

Seems like Fulham are absolutely dicking Boro right now but not clinical enough so only 1-0.

Classic Fulham - urinating all over Boro but you still think they could concede at any moment

With the quality they have they should be walking this division
