New manager bounce gone after 1 game?

Millwall
Bristol
Us
Cardiff
Weds

Think they will think 7pts is feasible which may be enough.

Lost their last two, but they should be ok, especially if the Wigan deduction is upheld.

That's the real point. They only have to finish above the bottom two and within 11 points of Wigan.
Wigan would be 6 points behind after the penalty at the moment, so 'Boro probably only need to beat us and Sheff Weds, although Bristol City look as if they're on their holidays already

Please explain how Wigan are 6 behind us after the penalty?

Interesting* midweek games. If Barnsley beat Luton on Tuesday night, Boro will start at Millwall only above them on GD.

Barring a miracle, we'll have a new league derby next season. Oxford through to the final on penalties and Wycombe need to hold onto a 4-1 lead against Fleetwood.

If Wycombe win the playoffs will it be the greatest managerial achievement in football history by Gareth Ainsworth?

It will definitely be

Gareth Ainsworth has done nothing better as a manager.

He is utterly amazing, a master of his craft. It would be an honour for us to play against his Wycombe team next season.

That's a cup game where both sides played 2nd string teams. Playing against eachother in the Chsmpionship would be quite something. Magnificent.

Was curious to see the Oxford reaction but that yellow on their forum is an absolute disgrace, I think I'm going to go blind.

Reading: Rafael, O Richards, L Moore, M Morrison, A Rinomhota, T McIntyre, C Adam (J Swift, 63), Pele, O Ejaria (D Loader, 80), G Puscas, L Boye (S Baldock, 45).

Wycombe: R Allsop, A Stewart, J Grimmer, J Mascoll, G Phillips, S Kashket (A Akinfenwa, 71), D Gape, A Pattison, J Parker (D Wheeler, 71), A Samuel (F Onyedinma, 71), N Freeman.

2nd string?

Doesn't look much like a second string team from Reading and 10 of the players involved for Wycombe that night were involved last night as well.

Oh captain accuracy is here again. Bore.

How many changes were made to both teams from the previous league game?

Say something that isn't accurate, expect to get called out or take a look before making a statement, it isn't really hard is it?

For the record, both teams made 6 changes from their previous games, but for a midweek game in early August where, certainly Reading (not sure about Wycombe), were still trying to find their best team with new signings coming in, and after a pretty poor loss away to Hull, 6 changes were about right for us.

Ah ok so both teams made 6 changes for the game, defintiely were taking it massively serious then? My statement was fully accurate and thank you for proving that.

The former.
Classic use of the ‘everything I said is factual’ line also used by Carbooter. Ignoring the fact that the facts don’t support the arguement !

Both teams made 6 changes to their teams for the cup fixture. End of discussion. Fact.

Am I right in saying that a win tonight and Luton / Barnsley draw we are mathematically safe?

Bowen has done alright hasn't he? Some turnaround.
