Royalwaster Do you think if we lose 6:0 JS will get sacked? Or can he even survive a complete stuffing?

Bizarrely we still haven't conceded more than 2 in any game so far this season.

We didn't even achieve that in 2005/06.

It is slightly surprising. I do think that to an extent teams score against us, and then sit back knowing we are unlikely to get through them.

Said this to someone the other day when discussing our issues at the moment. We genuinely don't look like conceding a hat-full of goals in a game, which is good. We look like conceding 1 or 2, but we don't look like scoring more than 1, which is bad.

Haven't played at Villa, Wolves or Forest yet. Always seem to ship 3 goals+ at Forest. Then there's Norwich :o :?

Mind you it's so dull and Reading are so unthreatening most other teams have probably fallen asleep shortly after scoring their second.

Are we the only team in the football league that can say that?

I feel positive about this one. We will get at least a score draw.

Probably not. I would think maybe Shrewbury or Wigan have not conceded a lot. Maybe Luton aswell (I know they score a crap loas of goals). Wolves conceded 3 or 4 against Forest I think.

Do you mean:

We are not in the relegation zone, nor 13 points from safety.

or

We are not in the relegation zone and 13 points adrift of 21st.

or

We are not in the relegation zone. 13 points will see us to safety.

With the Burton game just four days later, you have to expect a hugely-changed side being put on for this one - pretty much any team we can put out that doesn't involve youth team players, I'd have thought, although Popa will still be on the bench.

Unless they put out "an XI" rather than a semi-decent team too, it's hard to see anything but an easy home win.

Would love a result tomorrow night. Beat them, Then go and beat Burton on Tuesday.

Maybe the beer talking, don't care. Two away wins and turn this season round . Really really get under the skin of the sad depressants on this site.

Probably hoping for too much, but COME ON READING !!!!!!!!!!

Anybody can clearly see what it said. Only a blithering idiot won't understand it.

It means we are not in the relegation zone and 13 points from safety. Which means to the people with an IQ of single digits on here, we are not in 22nd, 23rd or 24th place and the team in 21st are 13 points ahead (ie safety). Jesus christ.

Also point 1 and 2 of your pointless post are the exact same thing......

Just FYI, the current points total of the team in 21st does not equal safety if there are games remaining, because they can pick up more points in the remaining ones. That's why 1 and 2 are not the same thing.

I just about understand now, even though your answer was about as poorly phrased as your original post.

I have no idea, where's the 13 points figure come from?

We are by no means in a relegation fight. This game is a nice addition that we can go out and play as the away side without pressure. Should be good - hopefully we can get through on the night.

it should be good. It probably won't be.

I think there is a lot of pressure on unfortunately. Another defeat and out of the cup is not going to do anyone at the club any good.

And +1 on the 'no idea what double d is on about'
