Pepe the Horseman Some of our fans seem to have a weird obsession with Lucas Piazon.

I think the fact that he responds every single time, helps keep it going tbh. Both sides should grow up and move on.

Also noticed the other day that Jimmy Crawford is now manager of Ireland U21s. Did we already know that?

#Voluntari have signed Romanian winger Adrian Popa (32), free after leaving #ReadingFC in July. Signature until the end of the season.

Agree, but one of the many when the squad is too big?

Gunters signing wasn’t exactly last minute;but he was hanging about without a club for quite a while.Wasnt he in the Wales squad without a club ?Be interesting to know what went on behind the scenes on that one.Believe he was on 20k a week plus with us ?Had to accept he was only going to get what a quarter of that with any new club ?
Outside football such reductions in salary happens quite a lot;once you are no longer flavour of the month.
I see Macca is still without a club ? Is that right ?I would have thought he would be quite marketable;for say an L1 or L2 Club ?On of course a vastly reduced salary.Must be a story there going on in the background.
For some out of contract players and retired players;must be quite a worry.Depending of course on what they did with their money while earning.

Perfectly happy with that.

Looked unfit and like he couldn't be arsed for the U23s.

Did nothing in his odd appearances.

Whiffs of a dodgy attitude.

So long.

Guess it depends on what game you saw. A couple of seasons ago we watched several U23 games and in one match Callum Harriott played then in the next Popa was the senior player on the pitch. I distinctly remember Popa was head and shoulders above Harriott plus 'Pops' (as the young lads called him) appeared more part of the team than Harriott ever was.

The faintest of praise.

See that Tyler Frost scored for Crawley yesterday. He is a decent player and will do well for them

Bet Tyler Blackett is so pleased his move to Forest is working out so well. Not in the match day squad again

Nottingham Post cryptically reported that left-back/central defender Tyler Blackett is a fresh unspecified injury concern.

See Emi Martinez has conceded 3 tonight - did he ever do that for us?

Thought Dominic Hyam looked really solid for Coventry on the weekend, seems that across the championship we have developed some decent cb's in Dickie/Hyam/Cooper/Mcintryre/Holmes/

Did Osho ever sign for anyone in the end?

Luton? Or was it just a trial?

Don't believe he ever signed for them in the end.

You would have to make the assumption that he is either setting his expectations to high on calibre of team or salary then because I'm sure plenty of teams would have taken a punt on him.

Yeah, I think that is probably a fair assessment.
