Not necessarily - There are a few possible explanations
1. He did his research, picked a username that had Reading links and made 4,092 posts on mostly Reading FC matters over a period of years before finally launching his plan to scam £3 off of a few of us with some fake poppy website
2. Someone hacked his account
3. He was duped into thinking it was genuine and thought it was worth sharing
4. It's genuine - https://www.gov.uk/government/news/brit ... dise-scams has a link to the official RBL website which is https://www.poppyshop.org.uk/ and on there they do indeed have football club poppy pin badges but no Reading FC badge
5. Ian Royal

From Despair To Where? Is there demand for an Ian Royal Poppy badge? More likely to start another conflict.
