That's not what Nameless said and I'm going to trust my twin over you.

I might have missed some stuff in summer break.

Is Meite definitely staying? Miazga definitely here? Barrow definitely staying?

All fantastic news if true.

We played 4-3-3 for most of the match - although the full backs were getting forwards a lot which was why we got exposed at the back a few times. Then we switched to something like 3-4-3 after about 70 minutes with three at the back with Odimayo coming on. It could be that Posh were getting tired by then but we looked rock solid for the last 20 minutes or so.

Thought Posh looked ok and think they will be at the top end of L1.

For long spells in the first half we played a diamond on midfield. Not sure who you saw as the third forward in a 433 (not saying you are wrong, just interested to hear how others perceived it !) for me Meite and Barrow were playing as a 2, Swift at the top of the diamond, Olise on the right, Barrett on the left and Rino at the base. Agree the full backs were pushing up.
Not sure we ever really went to 3 at the back, more that McIntyre stepped up to play in front of the other 2 CBS
Generally the formation was very fluid. Barrow and Meite were sometimes wide, sometimes central. Barrett roamed, A’s did Olise, suspect they had license to switch. Sometimes Swift dropped to play as a 2 with Rino.
Whether this was all preplanned and sophisticated or the players just making it up I’m not sure but I didn’t seeJose shouting at people.

Very good news on all three counts. Thanks Hendo.
