Lovely, will take that

As usual we’ve Brentforded a bit on the stats - more possession, shot on target, corners etc

On paper look an impressive performance and result

So. What do we do about these slow starts? And lack of goals?

One of the reasons we stayed up was because of the Barrow/Meite combination. We miss Barrow’s pace. I would start with a Meite on Tuesday night if available. Just looked at Charlton’s stats. Just 3 attempts at goal. Leeds has 19. Yet they won again having had similar stats this season where they won. They are the polar opposite of us.

We desperately need a striker who can put the ball in the back of the net. Puscas does not seem to be the answer.

On Tuesday night I want to see a fast start at our players closing down and giving Fulham no time on the ball. Let’s get the win and start moving up. Scrap the three centre backs.

At least we stopped the rot today. Finally we have got a result having been behind at half time.

Great finish from Yids. He hit it first time following good link up play between Joao and Swift.

If Puscas isn’t scoring he offers us nothing, l mentioned last week how poor his ball control was and the same happened again today, Low saying he was dominated by the Swansea centre backs so a repeat of Charlton, Blackburn etc. Meite must start ahead of him in Tuesday night.

Lol - cracking away point that.

Hope Rusty enjoyed himself and that late goal didn't do too much damage!

Great away point. Two decent fight backs in four days.....some points on Tuesday and I think we might have turned the corner......Obviously going to get hammered by Fulham now I’ve said that

Following the BBC updates I didn't see that late goal coming at all! Especially when Swansea have got such a good defensive record. Tbh, I was half waiting for the game to end in the 2nd half so I could do something else with my day..

Our away record doesn't bother me at all, it's the home record that worries me. Last season we hardly lost a home game after Gomes arrived and we've already lost 3 this season. Hopefully the Fulham game being on Sky on Tuesday will help to get us back on track..

Got the impression Puscas didn’t exist from listening to that. Missed a golden opportunity early on then his mentions seemed to get less and less as the game wore on. This is a worry, how can a player terrorise Spain yet fail to deliver consistently against some real average opposition? Is he overrated or is the system he’s in the problem?

Then there’s Joao. Seems to spend games playing rather deep instead of where you’d expect a striker to be, think that needs to change.

Once we get these two worked out properly Reading should only be heading upwards.
