Bowen said Ovie was training in midweek. Is he just getting a bit more rest ahead of a hectic schedule? Or are we back to unspecified injuries ruling half our squad out? Same question with Baldock too.

Bad call to go same starting 11 as Wigan. We were shit until our subs. I get ditching 5-3-2 would be drastic but I'd at least like to see Joao in for Meite given he's better at hold up and link up play.

So not very happy, but hopefully I'll look like an idiot after a good performance and win.

Meite's been the biggest threat the last couple of games, be a mistake to drop him IMO. Puscas has been poor up to the last 20 minutes, but you don't drop the hat-trick hero.

That bench though. Three forwards? Crying out for Olise or Barrett for one of them.

Pele takes a good corner. Great to see that goal. Think it all came from Puscas actually putting it out for a goal kick.

Meite didn't seem too happy after scoring

Walked very slowly back.to his own half.

The defending certainly was before it.

Played straight through us with defenders just not tight enough, then Morro sticks his foot in to take it away and it pops up and loops round Cabral.

That should have been a pen. Defender lost Morrison, put his arm round and gave him a tug, down he goes.

Agreed. Looked a pretty clear pen.
