One lucky streak has saved him. Said this a few weeks ago. Certainly didn't deserve to beat Fulham or QPR

Added to that it's the worst style of football I've seen. It's a combination of Clement's and Stam's at its worst. We lose on Saturday and suddenly he looks in trouble again

Under Bowen it’s 34 points from 24 games which is a big improvement on the past few seasons but the trend is sharply downwards. There needs to be a rocket up these players.
Why did we sign Araruna? Why did we sign a winger who was t even fit?

I'm still conflicted. But I don't know if it's because I think Bowen should stay, or if it's just because I'm sick of sacking managers.

If we sack a manager who has won more games than he’s lost then this is not the club for me.
He has had a very poor run and is now under pressure, However his overall record for a club that has been very poor for too long is still decent.
He must get it right on Saturday though. His selections especially the substitutions were dreadful tonight.

It's definitely the latter.

It's just an endless cycle with no long-term planning at all. Who's out there worth getting?

Continuing to do it this way will see us relegated, eventually.

Sacking achieves nothing. We'll never get a decent manager to come in and fix things because we're not an attractive proposition to managers of the required calibre. That's why Bowen ended up replacing Gomes in the first place. We simply have to try giving a manager a proper chance, and Bowen has won more games than lost. Barnsley is a big game; good performance and win and this becomes an aberration.

Gareth Ainsworth, assuming Wycombe don't get promoted this season. Also think Parky could do well here, he's turned Sunderland round after a slow start.

Ainsworth is an incredible manager, exactly what we need.

Plenty of time to turn it around. And if we finish where we left off I 17th - 21st we can always sack him and start fresh and the end of the season.

He's done better than Clement, Gomes, McDermott, or Clarke coming in and we all k ow how Stam ended. The squad remains a mess.

The squad is a mess but Bowen inherited this and overall his record is entirely decent.
However we could go in a disastrous run if we are not careful. Win on Saturday and we will be fine. Lose and it’s trouble at mill
