Old Man Andrews This second half display is up there with our best of the season. Really confident and assured, looked like a top 2 side.

Are you there?

If not how are you watching?

I'm there. Obviously.

Great performance in the second half. Looked a little lazy after the 3rd goal with some very scrappy clearances. If they had kept their heads they could have scored another 2 or 3 in the last 5 minutes.

Very happy with that.

Great stuff! In the Premier league of 20 teams, 40 points is generally reckoned to be safe from relegation. So, in the Championship of 24 teams, 48 points should be safe. We have 48 points!!

We could defo go on a little run now, need to sort the home form though. Players seem to play with the weight off their shoulders away from home.

Well, the Birmingham forum match thread is the mirror image of this one. From "Whoop, 8pts off the playoffs" to "Sack the manager" in 45 minutes.

Stoke next and they have lost Joe Allen today to a bad injury and he’s been playing well this season.
Win against Stoke and well you never know.

8 points is very doable. And with a couple of more wins could put us in contention. However I would be happier with just top 10 from where we were under Gomes.
Bowen has done a good job with this squad.

Following QPR’s win at Preston, Reading are now thirteenth in the table. Might well be fourteenth after tomorrow’s Derby v Blackburn game.

Bowen out.

I think if we can fix the home form and finish in and around 10th we should all be happy with that. It would represent real progress.

It was seriously good stuff, it takes a lot to come back from 0-1 down at St Andrew's. We bossed them.

It’s just such a shame the home form is so utterly wretched (NINE defeats), only Hull have lost more (ten) and they’ve played a game more at home. If just three of those nine defeats could have been wins Reading would currently be 6th.

Or if Bowen had started the season as manager we'd be right up there too.
