No we take a really poorly worked corner and set up a Brentford attack.

Poor performance. Usual slow paced tempo. Largely dreadful at set pieces both for and against. Overall typical end of season nothing to play for trash.

Very much a half reminiscent of Stam/Clement. Loads of slow and sideways passing. Scared to get the ball into the box. The obligatory soft goal. Far too slow to move the ball forward.
No press of the opposition.
Pointless short corners.
Rinse and oxf*rd repeat.

Olise has been good to be fair. The boy is quality

Rest was pretty shit though

Be sorely tempted to chuck on McCleary and go something closer to 4-4-2. Ejaria been very ineffective

retro royal To be honest running out of patience with Bowen, can't get this lot motivated (not the first ) we look clueless defending corners since the restart, he doesn't know his best 11, oh well roll on August, start again wait for the second wave of the virus and season cancelled, happy days

For God's sake we cannot change manager again. I'd rather we kept Bowen and spent the next two years changing all the players.

And that's the problem we have.....we havnt appointed a "manager" in years. Adkins was the last and he was shabbily treated. All we have had is coaches, assistants and newbies......Nothing is gonna change. We will be watching the same sh+t next season. I like Bowen but there are some nasty cracks appearing in tactics and formation. He has done a brilliant job getting us to mid table but like the poster above, my patience is going as well.

Do me a favour. Your first post about him was that you were bitterly disappointed by his appointment.

Also the ifollow director’s getting on my tits. Constantly showing close ups and replays whilst the game has carried on. Really poor.

Need to be to the end of the season, lose 10 players, tear up the wage bill and let Bowen start afresh with a couple of good signings

Let’s be honest, top 10 next season would be a great achievement

We`ve not had football for so long, we hired Bowen until the end of the season, but somewhere in there I seem to remember signing an extension, please tell me I`m mistaken......please!!!

It's quite pathetic that McCleary is our best creative option, that's a massive part of our problem. We have one player on the bench capable of making us play a little wider and attacking full backs and its 32 year old Gareth McLeary who is leaving the club! 5 strikers but only one winger.
