Royality creeps In
Old Man Andrews John Swift as captain.... I despair. The bloke will be out the door as soon as the season is over and is about the quietest player on the pitch. Awful decision from Bowen.

Says the idiot know it all :D :D :D

You were a big advocate for Swift being captain weren't you? Mentioned it on a regular basis? Tosspot.

He might not have done but he didn't condemn the decision before seeing how things might work out.

Great win and performance against a poor but recently improved Luton.

We need to take this form from today and put a run together in the next 5 games. Likely to be no more than 6 weeks until the new season so ending in form could see momentum continue to the next more than would happen over a usual summer break.

strap
higher I vaguely recall a 0-7 away win at Southport or somewhere millenia ago

Possibly you're thinking of the 8-0 win over them at EP in March 1970.

We've one away League win by 5 goals, a 6-1 win at Swansea 23/09/1989.

A couple of 6's. Last one was 6-0 at Plymouth 12/03/1949.

Did we score 5 at Tranmere the same season as the Southport 8-0?

Why are you always calling people names? Stop being a bellend. This is a public forum and I got banned because I said Ian was a sanctimonious bellend with a Lychee sized penis.

Well he needs to stop trying to be clever. Anyone who misses an open goal is a bit of a donkey, commonly used phrase in football.

Odd how he missed an open goal when it was a crowded box with players between him and the goal and the shot got cleared off the line. If anything the goal was less open than all of his goals today.

He should have scored. End of discussion.

I don't want to club you in with our clueless supporters Hendo but I will if you insist.

windermereROYAL Match stats saying Luton had 62% possession , that can`t be right.

As Meite slipped home the 5th, the on screen graphic showed we had had 36% so prob about right.

5 goals against the run of play

Must have used 10% of that possession kicking off 6 times.
