I like the look of him, but he's fairly light-weight (or looks it)

Think he will improve with games.

Not seen anything this season but I know people have said he’s done ok at right back when given the chance, got a couple of assists against Colchester, IIRC.

Doesn't have Yiadom's pace, but can play a decent ball into the box. Haven't a clue if he's got the legs.

Any idea what's up with Yiadom? His last long absence came after a totally innocuous (and unnecessary) looking challenge. If we're only going to have him for 50% of the season again we need another RB urgently.

tidus_mi2 Our last home league win was against Barnsley, maybe it's an omen.

If I recall wasn't convincing though.

Defensively possibly not.

Araruna seems solid. Not the quickest, biggest or strongest so watch him against pacey wingers or getting bullied on the back post.

But he's ok in possession and has a good cross on him. Good work rate.

He'll do judging on how he's performed so far.

Looks like we’re in for the lad from Crew, Ng. Best right back in league 2 last season, apparently. So hopefully that’ll be the problem solved in the near future.

I’d argue that strength and speed are pretty important in this league.

I thought he was good defensively except for being caught
too high due to the attacking FB thing

Thinking more of defensive set pieces and crosses.

Sutekh Yiadom injured again, hasn't he missed every game Reading have played against Barnsley since he left them?

Chance for Araruna to step up...

Yiadom seems even more injury prone than Joao.

I like Araruna but still think we need more cover in that position given the frequency with which Yiadom appears to break.

And now a free header. Moore's had a stinker so far.

We haven't scored after 5 minutes. Ian will shortly be demanding the instant removal of the manager.
