Jackson Corner Olisie 10 million should have sold at Christmas waste of space.

We would be lucky to get a £10 for him the way he is going.

What has he done since Xmas? Clearly he thinks he’s to good for us.

+1 it’s embarrassing

It's just a oxf*rd game

Agreed.

It's not like promotion earns you tens of millions of pounds or anything. Just a game.

Olise was fine. If Joao had scored it would have been another assist and a good performance.

He’s more effective in the middle but wasted a bit out wide. Not a huge amount of running in behind with players like Semedo and Ejaria.

Didn’t millwall make 4 seperate subs? Thought it could be 5 but only in 3 goes. Joao went off Injuries earlier In the year after we had made 3 subs

Also lack of game time for youngsters again in previous games mayb hampering us today

Yiadom coming on was fine but Laurent should of come off and Holmes sitting in front winning the headers from smith allowing us to drop of and win the second ball

Slim lead 76 minutes into a game against a physical side who are lumping balls forward and you bring off your young rb who hasn't put a foot wrong? It just doesn't make any sense.

Full credit to Pauno for getting what he has out of this squad so far, but he has to take responsibility for this one.

7 Morro, McT, Holmes
6.5 Ejaria
6 Gibson, Semedo (+2 for the goaLoL), Rafael
5 Rino, Olise, Laurent (worst game for us. looks absolutely spent), Joao

On the plus side we only need 3 points to be safe from relegation. So that does at least constitute some improvement.

Half-time counts as a separate window to the other 3, we did similar earlier in the season.

Also think there's a lot of over-reaction right now, bad performance yes but we're still 8pts clear of 7th and doing very well away from home to make up for this, facing a heavily depleted Bristol City on Tuesday.

Autos are all but gone now but it would take a massive collapse to not get play-offs

Hound Poor result. But it happens against teams like Millwall, they just hang in and take their chances. We didn’t. They got a bit of luck with a lucky shot through ball and a deflected cross - we deflected onto the bar

Not sure taking Holmes off actually made any difference tbh. Not that I would have done it.

Not wetting the bed over it. Poor result but nothing is easy in this league. Need to just bounce back on Tuesday

I know we disagree on tiredness but I agree fully with this.

The one fault with this team IMHO is that we really don't make enough clear cut chances.
Today's result makes little difference to our position with, once again the other results, Stoke, 'Boro and Bristol City going our way.
We are still very much a team destined for the play-offs unless we capsize and I don't think we will.

The point is. It may be just a game when you and your little asbo mates have a kickabout down the park whilst swigging WKD but in the real world, real peoples livelihood depends on these idiot who are about to throw away a play off place.

It ceased being "just a game" a long time ago.

We looked a bit leggy after the Brentford game and injuries to key players and lack of bench options cost us again. Credit to Millwall, they lack our so called ‘stars’ but looked more up for it than us which is the really frustrating thing. Knew Matt Smith would score when he came on. Thought Morrison, Olise, Holmes, and Rino did reasonably well but the rest, yuck. I quite like Semedo at times but even he must be wondering where he is supposed to be playing. The commentators were blaming Pauno for taking Holmes off, well maybe, but face facts, we scored a lucky goal, didn’t create much and were then beaten by a team who were limited but well organised and had more fire in their bellies than us. Crucial moment was the Joao miss which he really should have stuck away.

Pepe the Horseman
bloody Volvo driver Why won’t he make subs earlier. 72 hours after a tiring game and 1 sub in first 85 minutes despite, once again running out of puff on 70. He has to learn it’s a 15 man game

Because our bench is shit?

True, but a 100% Aluko (for example) > 60% tired Ovie

Snowflake Royal

Snowflake Royal There's plenty there to have an effect.

There’s fcuk all quality but I agree with you - if pauno has zero intention of ever using them why bring them at all! If it’s not working why not try something else, if nothing else fresh legs.

We were winning. So we disrupt our defence rather than replace a defensive midfielder playing in attack, or fresher our wide player. Or bring on Baldock to hassle from the front because Joao doesn't really do that.

Plenty of options. Not brilliant ones, but plenty good enough against Millwall.

Yiadom for Olise
Esteves for Olise

Richards for Ejaria
Baldock for Ejaria

Aluko for Olise
Aluko for Ejaria
Aluko for Semedo

Baldock for Joao

All could have been done minute 60-70 ish

None of those ideal of course, but the options were still there

Good post Norrers. We did look leggy so all the more reason for Pauno to make subs. He has to have a bit more faith in the bench.

That was shit, big chance lost to open a bigger gap but no harm done. Need to take chances and/or see it out.

Need to make amends at a shocking Bristol side on Tuesday.

A 100% Aluko > 100% Ejaria these days.
