Zip Why was TInce not subbed if he was injured? The game was lost. We have a game on Wednesday night.
We are not learning as a football club are we? Not learning at all

What do you mean? An entire 3 months after saying we don't stretch enough Paul has decided to take some action about it.

If TInce is ruled out for Wednesday night it’s unforgiveable. I had hoped we had turned s corner but this appears to be more of the same gross incompetence that has been going on for years.

YorkshireRoyal99 Yeah Camara definitely deserves an opportunity unless we can somehow get somebody in before then with more quality/experience, but Camara certainly deserves a chance. It will be a tough game for him though away from home against a physical team.

Camara definitely has plenty of potential from what I've seen. It's a shame most of our remaining academy boys aren't up to it bar maybe Abrefa. We need our academy to produce more than ever

I'd have made all 5 subs today and protected our first teamers regardless. The academy boys wouldn't have done any worse today

I don`t know how accurate these figures are because they have Azeez coming back late August and Tetek missing but they seem ITK a bit, shows what a fucking mess we are and have been for a couple of years compared to other clubs (apart from Sheffield utd), and Hendrick and Tom Ince could get added to it this week.

It’s a decent site that gives a good insight into club injuries. It’s not perfect as it sometimes misses players and lists players who have left a club and return dates can occasionally differ to other media sources but in general it’s pretty accurate.

Seems only Sheffield United (8) are vaguely in the same building when it comes to injuries at the moment. Reading are currently on 9 known casualties and that could be 11 by the next game if things work out for the worst:

  1. Abbey
  2. Azeez
  3. Dann
  4. Ejaria
  5. Hendrick - possible but as yet unconfirmed
  6. Hutchinson
  7. Ince - possible but as yet unconfirmed
  8. Joao
  9. Meite
  10. Moore
  11. Tetek

So potentially a whole team,
Fans say "A new season, surely the injuries can`t be as bad as last year?"
RFC says "hold my beer"
It would be funny if it wasn`t so damn repetitive.

Abbey is fine I believe

Hutch was apparently close for Saturday so surely next sat? Dann must be close (lolz). Tetek? Again JLow thought he was close but heard nothing

But yes, it’s a very sorry state of affairs

Kilmarnock 0-2 Celtic

Jeriel Dorsett's afternoon is over with the Kilmarnock left-back making way with an injury. Calum Waters comes on.

the curse continues

Please can we sack our medical team? As this keeps happening. We need a fresh perspective

This Saturday will be the 3 weeks after the first game that Ince said Joao Dann and Hutchinson would be out for, anyone else think we will see any of them before September?

Is Joao even back on training yet? What was his actual injury?

Back in training to some extent according to JLow, who also doesn’t know what tbe injury was

Expect we’ll see Hutchinson Saturday and the other two and Meite next Saturday, so just scraping into this month

I see Klopp is bemoaning all Liverpools injuries. As far as I'm aware their fans arent calling for the medical team to be sacked!

Let's see what they think after 18 months of about 6 to 10 injuries cobstantly.

I’d say it’s more like 6 to 12. We regularly had half the squad out last season.

Think you missed the point there zippers, Ian was saying it`s been constant for up to 18 months, personally I reckon it`s been longer.

Nope. I’m saying it’s even worse than Ian has inferred.
