Bigger catchment area

Half of whom support other teams.

Doesn't matter. Bigger population too. Top 12 most populated places in the UK. Hardly a small town club like those places are. Those 3 punch far above their weight

But its not our fan base if they support other clubs is it?

Still have far more potential as a club than Fleetwood, Accrington and Morecambe and should be far more successful than them. So maybe stop being weird and stick up for your own club

Royal_jimmy Maybe so but the fan base deserves better

What makes our fan base more deserving than any other club's fan base?

Absolutely nothing, is of course the correct answer.

A population made up of thousands of people who support London clubs apparently.

I was purposefully being a dick, mainly aimed at us, not them.

Brogue
Hound We had a winger playing right back
A right back playing CB
A div 1 LB playing LB
A midfielder playing his first game at that level who had been frozen out by his old club
A cm playing rm
A cm with 2 games Champ experience
A 35 year old cf
A bench with every outfield player in their teens

And then the keeper decides to have a mare

Got to be realistic here - we’re going to lose games unless we get people in or back from injury

Injuries are the manager/coaching staffs fault.

Unbalanced squad is manager fault

Playing 3 cb’s is not the correct formation to be playing with the players we have available.

I’m sorry but now is not the time to be making excuses. Ince has nearly had half a seasons worth of games and has lost 10 out of 18. The buck stops with him.

Reading injuries vs Rotherham injuries after three games

Sign their physio ASAP and their coaches if possible.

Rotherham
Tom Eaves
Joshua Kayode

Reading injuries
Lucas Joao
Liam Moor
Ovie Ejaria
Yakou Meite
Scott Dann
Sam Hutchinson
Femi Azeez
Dejan Tetek

Brogue
RoyalBlue
Brogue Ince record including today

Played 18
Won 5
Drawn 3
Lost 10

18 points from 18 games.

Goals for and against?

For 14 against 30

And one clean sheet ironically against Blackburn.

In league one when we have games against nothing clubs like Fleetwood, Accrington and Morecambe

Who cares what sized clubs they are? If we end up playing in the same division as them next season, they'll have earned the same right to place against us as what we have them.

Right now I'd play in L2 if you told me we'd win more games than we lost, and not draw endlessly instead. Bored of shit performances and losing all the time. Several seasons ago.

And yet most of us were all bored finishing 3rd

Zip
Sutekh
Royal_jimmy Today is one of the worst if not the worst result since 2002 when we returned to the 2nd tier.

Fulham 0-7
Burton 1-2
Ipswich 0-4
Several visits from Birmingham
And probably loads of others I’ve forgotten

Wigan at home
Blackpool at home
Swansea at home
Nearly everyone else at home

Couple of contenders against Wigan, the 1-0 defeat under Clarke or the 3-0 defeat under Bowen

Generally don’t think today is as bad as people are making out. 4 shots on target, 4 goals, sometimes things just fall for/against you

Seem to recall us losing 4-0 at a similar point last season and it was followed up with 5 wins in 7 (a run that probably kept us up). Just got to brush it off as one of those days

Personally I don`t blame Lumley for the first two, header into the corner and a rocket into the postage stamp, the third was schoolboy stuff, and the fourth he was let totally exposed by his defence, if he stayed in his area the guy would have had a one on one anyway.

A one on one would have been more challenging for the Rotherham player than Lumley charging out of his box and jumping in the air doing Jazz hands.
