Zip Ejaria dropped for disciplinary reasons. He really isn't doing himself any favours. I think it might be worth looking to offload him in January to try and recoup some of the hefty transfer fee.

No specifics but the Chronicle has covered it. Sounds like it’s a case of being allowed to get into bad habits under the previous regime and just not focussing on getting out of them under Ince’s new management.

Sounds like PI has a decent handle on it, he certainly has not castigated the player and is supportive in what he says. Perhaps we might start seeing a new Ejaria in the coming weeks.

Bullshit he's lost.

Ejaria doesn’t strike me as the sort to do much learning.

If we can get a more consistent performer then we will have a good player on our hands, but we've been wanting this ever since his second loan move, before the deal was made permanent.

I'd look to move on in January or in the summer though by all accounts, recoup a million or two for him, if we can, and that would be ideal to help us with next summers rebuild. Also moves another high earner off the wage bill as well.

Very poor from Ejaria and suspect he may well be offloaded in Jan

Some pretty damning comments in there from ince about the previous management

On the brighter side the club are talking to Andy C about re-signing in January and would seem to be keen on Mbengue too.

Speaks in high regard to both of them and seems to think Mbengue has a bright future ahead of him as well, I'd happily sign both on for as long as necessary, maybe an 18-month deal for Carroll and possibly the same for Mbengue. Even if we just get them on until the EOS initially and then offer them better contracts come the summer, that will massively help.

Do we know what Ejaria is supposed to have done? I skim read it and couldn't see any specifics.

I've never seen a player who seems to be as perpetually sullen as Ejaria.

It was branded as a "disciplinary issue" so doesn't really go into detail, could be a range of things. I wouldn't like to guess either.

I will guess- time keeping and maybe not turning up for training.

Time keeping I reckon, Ince said he was good in training

Got my ‘lucky’ Reading t-shirt on, which has given us at least 2 wins this season. Here’s to hoping.

I think Coventry must of broken the record for coaches bought here. Never seen that many parked outside.

This is the second time this season we've let a fairly obviously concussed player back on the pitch only for them to have to be subbed shortly after again.

Our medical team is a disgrace.

Bloody good work and cross from Ince, good head from Meite forcing a good save from their keeper. First decent effort from us I've seen so far.

Mbengue scores by diverting McIntyre's header that would otherwise have been an easy save.

Completely against the run of play, were getting totally battered second half.
