Lots of chatter on the ince out thread about wanting him gone at the end of the season so thought I’d run one of my famous polls. Do you want ince to continue next season?

Voted no. Thanks for all you’ve done, but time to move on.

If the question was ‘Do you think Ince will still be in charge in July’? I’d have voted yes…because RFC

I love the man but I don't want it to end like it did for Pauno. Go separate ways in the summer and give him a bonus if we're safe.

Will the club make the change? I doubt it. As long as we aren't in danger of the drop he'll stay in charge. He's probably on a low salary too for a manager at our level.

No.

As some have said, no hard feelings with the guy, points deduction aside we will stay up that was all we could have ever hoped for.

Stay up or not, time to part ways in summer

He’s performed above expectations for this season given the investment and squad.

I doubt, given the state of our finances, that he can be got rid of before the end of the season.

I’d rather sack the majority of the players first.

Not sure how famous your polls will be without an undecided option.

On the plus side he has keeping us up and this seasons better home form. On the negative side he has our utterly atrocious away form.

I think on balance he deserves at least another season, if only because Tom seems to play better when his dad is manager. Then we'll see whether the constraints he's had to work under have had an effect, along with the chance to build a new team from scratch with FFP constraints relaxed

Not really, you? As I said on another thread I do think even how poor we have been for years now I think we would get some interest from managers wouldn’t expect anyone amazing but think we could get someone half decent

As much as I’d like a change we need to get our house in order behind the scenes to attract interest in summer we need to be able to sit down with potential candidates and assure them they won’t be hamstrung by potential future points deductions or having no money to spend ever

I'd go for Frank Lampard or Dean Smith. Both have experience and are steady Eddie's. Everton are a shambles so it's not Lampards total fault. He'd be my first choice.

Dean Smith did well at Brentford where expectations were low. Did a job for Villa and was ok at Norwich before falling away.

Seriously though, someone with Championship knowhow…Wilder would be a great appointment!

(But this bloody club will probably appoint Steve Kean!!)

Ok. But also the question technically asks if we want him to "continue as manager".

So in that case, yeh I hope someone takes him as manager if we let him go.

Absolutely not Lampard. Big yes to Dean Smith but doubt he'd be interested.
