sidwell 4 england What happend to ITFC?

Wherever he is, I suppose he is cheered up by the fact that Forster has scored 6 this season (to be fair, not bad in so few games!) and is their TOP Scorer!

Super_horns This is like one of the many threads during the summer on our board about how rubbish the signings were and Adie was a bad appointement etc....

I guess there is nothing better than being proven wrong for the right reasons!

True - but they ARE bl**dy funny aren't they???

Haha this ITFC guy built up quite a reputation - actually Fossie has ccme good for us these last few games - 3 in the last 3, not the 15 that ITFC was after but bodes well for next year - boy he is injury prone though!! I know he's not a 20 a season bloke but if he keeps this sort of form going he should be ok. Alan Lee got injured just after I was singing his praises and our play offs push (which was awakening) died the death - the latest asset strip is now upon us

Have you guys lined up any signings for next year as of yet, I think Sheff Utd have 10 million (over two years, if they stay up) will Madjeski put money up or is it a revenue / expenditure balance and the money will come from Sky etc??

Christ, it took until July for the morons to bang on about lack of transfer activity last season.

Looks like they're starting a whole month early!

Forster to a tee in the last 3 years really. Hits a purple goalscoring patch, then his legs fall off and you don't see him for months. I said this when we sold him and I stand by it. Joe Royle thought he was buying the player who banged a hat-trick past you 4 years ago. Even Forster's biggest fans on here, and I include myself in that category, didn't think he warranted more than a 1 year contract.

Don't worry, we're not bitter, even though we only had six players score more than him last season.

From Despair To Where? I said this when we sold him

Er, we didn't sell him. We offered him a one year contract and he wasn't happy. So he decided to accept a two year contract from Ipswich. That was the story and it looks like we were right to just offer one year as we weren't sure whether he would stay fit throughout the campaign.

Coppell's Right Footed 11 agreed, coppell is crap in the transfer market and can't attract players! as soon as we get rid of him and bring in a lively goood motivational manager the better. The club is boring me to death at the moment and so is coppell.

I'm Mad After the way he walked out on Man City after just 33 days in charge; I'm suprised he's lasted this long and have to say that if were to walk out on us tomorrow it would have come about 18 months too late for my liking.

Whatever happened to I'm Mad and his astute knowledge of football?
