Another discraceful showing from our fans yesterday. More concerned with singing some unoriginal scouser jokes than backing the team

I thought for a moment that the thread title referred to the goings on at the Golden Cross in Twyford yesterday.
An Evertonian mate had arranged for a coachload of scousers to stop off on their way to the game. He bunged the landlord a nifty for some sarnies, sausage rolls etc. A tray of pork pies was placed on the bar and, in a flash, a scally aged about 10 tipped the whole trayful into a carrier bag.

Just goes to show - you can take the boy out of Liverpool ........................................

Coppell is a scouser.

Anti-scouse songs are not a great way to make the best manager in our history/ England to feel at home and want to sign again are they?

God I wish people would lighten up! I really doubt Coppell is likely to take offence as I'm sure he recognises it as a traditional part of the English game. Do any of our fans really get upset by what is sung at us?

Yes, I get terribly upset when opposition fans call us "w*nkers" or similar. I find it extremely hurtful because I for one am not. How do they know about my personal habits :( It's horrid and evil. Sometimes I feel like crying and have to hold myself back. Sometimes fans can be so insensitive and rude. I just want to watch a nice game at football and they start shouting things at me hurting my feelings. I feel so angry sometimes I want to go and slap them or pinch them. Insensitive rude people with no consideration for the feelings of others.
