Chelsea Prediction thread

by Blue and White Toucan » 28 Jan 2008 17:07

Well turning away from all the transfer speculation and how good we are / are not at the transfer market, lets get back to real business.

The mighty Biscuitmen will be history makers on Wednesday eveing being the first team to win at Stamford Bridge since Feb 2004!!!

New England call up Dave Kitson with 2. Sidwell completely outclassed in midfield by Matejovsky.

Chelsea 1 - 2 Reading (Kitson 2)

OK RTG off then I would say 2 - 1 Chelsea.

Our usual away form this season:
Chelsea 3 - 0 Reading
& I think the nil will flatter us.

ManU form:
Chelsea 2 - 1 Reading

I have a totally irrational positive feeling about this one - just like I had before the Liverpool game so I am going 1-2. History will be made as we end Chelsea's' near 4 year run.

i have a funny feeling about this game

what with them having players missing and everything

So im going for

Chelsea 1 - 1 Reading
SWP Kitson

I think we'll take a one goal lead and chelsea will score in the last 5 mins for a draw they dont deserve

Chelsea 2-1 Reading

2-0 down in first half, roar out the blocks in th esecond and get a goal back midway through the half. Followed by battering Chelsea's goal but finding no way through.

Doyle for us.

Chelsea 2-1 Reading

they go up early, but a pretty even first half is played. Kitson grabs an equalizer just after half, reading plays a strong second half but cant put another through, chelsea grab a goal in injury time from a free kick just outside the box.

Would love it, LOVE IT!

Chelsea 0 Reading 1
Sidwell (og)

"Sidwell is a Royal, Sidwell is a Royal, Na na na na!"

but think it will be

Chelsea 1 Reading 0
Sidwell 25 yarder.

Can see us only picking up 15 points til end of season, is 37 enough?

Just hope it's a good game, as it will be the first game I've been to for 3 seasons due to ill health. Not allowed to get stressed thus we need to win by at least 6   May even get along to the mad stad before the end of the season :D

Cant see us getting anything out of this even with the most optimism

I hope we can scrape a draw but realistically i expect a comfortable

Chelsea 3 Reading 1
Anelka (17) Kitson (90)
Sidwell (52)
J Cole (84)

Chelsea scoring relativly early through Anelka before adding a second early in the second half. we work our way back into the game with a few half chances but following a reading attack we will concede a third late in the day, before grabbing a 90th minute conselation.

I also predict we will play 4-5-1 with kits the lone striker with doyle right, convey left and hunt in the middle with harper and gunnarsson. Cisse will keep his place in defence.

Chelsea 1 Reading 1
I think we will battle hard all game get the lead through a goal through kitson. Then Anelka will get a goal back with a few miutes to go.
