One positive thing he can do is get rid of the ridiculous huddle. It clearly does not work - Murty apparently makes a motivational speech before every defeat - what is the point - it makes us look silly and clearly fires up our opponents and has the opposite effect to what it is intended for. Pardew introduced it and it has run it's course - Coppell needs to get rid of it before Middlesbrough. Make a decision Coppell - get rid of the huddle.
