still questions need to be answered with him, his final ball/shot
and ability to sustain in different conditions
but you cant argue with the guys enthusiasm, skill and ability
a proper footballer
put matejovski in along side him and we will at last be very dangerous again!

I remember when we signed Kebe, there was an interview with Harps in the EP where he compared him to Henry.

Many people scoffed at that, but if he continues to develop at this rate....then who knows.

This has to be one of the biggest turnarounds in opinion about a player. Excellent to hear. One observation I'd make (an armchair one admittedly) is that speed appears to be one of Kebe's great assets and that's a natural gift which cannot be instilled by coaching. Also, unlike what seems to be an issue for Doyle, it's not one that can be worked out and then countered. It scares defenders.

at walking pace or sprinting he looked good yesterday
when i said i hoped hed become like a glen little, but with pace, i never thought it may actually happen, i could not be more pleased about his start to the season, if he can score, and last a whole season ill actually be ecstatic

A couple of positive criticisms:

When he starts producing his magic on a regular and frequent basis throughout the game he will be a fantastic player at this level.

At present, perhaps he isn't quite greedy/confident enough, choosing to pass to team-mates on occasions when perhaps he was well/better placed himself to have a go.

His crossing has a long long way to go before he's a fast Little. If he manages it we'll either be in the prem shortly after or he'll not be with us anymore.

Hands up I never saw what others could in him, thought he was clown. But if he learns to cross and be more consistent with his end product, he'll be a Premiership player.

Mind you I think his inconsistentcy is part of his appeal!!

Kebe is someone who can make something happen at anytime due to his pace and skill. The final ball will come in good time and it has already improved imo. I'm also convinced that he will score a few goals for us this season as well.

If he was as fast as Henry, as good a dribbler as Henry, had a cross as good as Henry's, and a shot like Henry's, he'd be that fast Little.

See what I'm getting at

For me, he seems to be improving every game, getting more involved and what is good to see is a player taking opposition players on.

Rosiner and Kebe are already working together like Shorey and Convey used to with defender running past for a 1-2

all we need now is Mateojsky fit and we have one of the strongest / scariest midfield in the championship

all we need now is a push from the forwards and we are half way there

'Greed. If you look at the select few who at the start of the thread signed in, such as me brendy, 2ww, juanpablo and a couple others, we are the true Jimmy lovers.

I wouldn't say he is brilliant yet. But from what I have seen of him it is clear he will be a good player for us.
