He'll be joining us on the phone between about 18.15 and 18.45.

Questions here as normal please...

Less than 3 and a half hour's notice? This forum has seriously gone downhill since Ollie left!!!

With respect to my colleague (and friend) Ollie...
The alternative way to look at it would be that Stephen Hunt only confirmed an hour ago. I'm sure 180 minutes is plenty of time to formulate some questions.

Hi Stephen,

Is it just a coincidence that news of Sunderland's interest in you kept leaking to the press while you were in contract negotiations with Reading?

Both clubs denied doing business via the media - who do you think was talking to the papers?

Sir Alex Ferguson has slammed Wes Brown's agent over his failure to sign a new deal and his excessive wage demands. What do you think of the role of agents in modern football?

Thanks,

Doug Witherspoon

Hi Stephen,

I just wanted to thank you for always taking the time to sign a few autographs when you pop into the hotel bar after the game. I'm sure it gets a bit tiresome but my kids are always thrilled.

Do you think you could persuade one or two others to show their faces?

Cheers,

CR

Stephen- Do you think the club has shown enough ambition to stay in the Premier League?

Stephen.

Wally Downes vs Roy Keane.

Who won...oh, I mean, who would win a fight?

Stephen, you have really blossomed this season and were rightly rewarded with a new contract. Do you think Reading's strict wage structure is a hindrance to attracting players? I know you and all the players will battle to keep it from happening but if we were to be releagated are you content playing in the Championship next season? Or do you feel like you are Premiere League only player now and would want to join another club?

Stephen, it took you quite a while (and an injury) to go from providing cover for Bobby Convey to getting a chance to start. Do you think Steve Coppell can be too loyal to his players at times? What did you do during training to try and impress the Gaffer? Did you ever talk to him or one of the assistant coaches directly about getting more playing time in games before you were established as a starter.

g Stephen- Do you read HobNob Anyone?
Apparantley he does but has made less than 100 posts so still considers himself to be a newbie. He also said the players who read on here have their own clique and use phrases like Ken Dodd in training and whooosh those like Glen Little who don't even know how to turn a pc on.

He also added that it really annoys him when he reads things people claim he has said which are totally false.
