Can't blame it on holidays as last season, the Forest game was the first of the season.
Reduced prices = less money through the turnstiles. Fewer punters = even less money through the turnstiles. Think about it.

frimmers3 perhaps when you are relegated at the end of this season and the second hand motor dealer ships out and sets up a love nest with cilla(ken dodd as butler) you could ground share at the rec with e newly promoted aldershot?

parky I for one gave up on home games and am doing all the away games for a change. So I account for one of those.

That is curious. I believe ST sales are about the same as last year, so maybe a lot of Forest fans attended? Or maybe a lot of North Standers came to point and stare at a new manager?
BTW, as you're no longer a Reading supporter, why post on here? Does the new object of your affections not have a board where you can criticise them?

Is that to do with the atmosphere at the Madejski, or that the away day experience watching Reading is more exciting than the home?

Sun Tzu Fair chance corporates are down a fair bit.
And of course it clashes with the V Festival this year which it didn't last !!
