I hope we lose to Derby and Forest win.

We'll then meet Cardiff. Looking a bit vulnerable after today's result. :D

Oh and Swansea don't win..................

oh yeah and Cardiff don't win........

Nice to see the club have learnt their lesson vis-a-vis the 00:01 start for online sales and 09:00 start for TO sales.

Personally, I'm more than happy with that seeing as renewing my ST has now pushed me into the top point bracket (1957  )

However, if we managed to sneak into 4th then I foresee carnage on Wednesday morning!

Missed this - what was the lesson?

They'd done a good job of incentivising online sales rather than ticket office as it reduced their overheads?

So no points needed for the home game?

So a member card holder with 10 points can get their south stand ticket the day before a "regular" east stand member card holder with say, 500 points? And before anyone points it out, of course regular member card holder could go and sit in the south stand if he "chose" to...

There was a fair bit of bad publicity regarding those people who had waited until the ticket office opened (for whatever reason) on the last day of sales for Man City who subsequently found that the last tickets had been snapped up by those savvy enought to try online at midnight.

Lesson learned = Remove one of the reasons for fans moaning at the TO.

Think that is the point TBF - at the end of the day, there's only 6 days of sales and they have to give STH's a priority period so they probably couldn't cope with that!

According to the OS we are DEFINITELY playing on Friday and Tuesday - but that doesn't take into account if QPR are deducted points and we finish, say, 4th with Forest 5th - the Friday game has to then move to the Thursday doesn't it? And it calls bullshit on the comments that clubs in the playoffs were warned the play offs might be put back a week!

The QPR decision is Friday, RL - plenty of time on Saturday AM for RFC to post a statement on the website that the arrangements are changing and will be announced as soon as possible pending any FL date change / appeal from QPR etc....

Any reason to have a moan though, eh?

Only 2000 away tickets..? That's ridiculous.

Fair enough it's midweek and in Wales and on TV, but still that clearly isn't going to be enough. I am a fan, however, of their change of banding rather than the 1600/600 drop or what ever it was

Not really - because the official site say these are the CONFIRMED dates.

But if we are selling half the south stand to home supporters we are only allowing 2000 away fans so assumption is any other club will do the same.

Football League Rule 31.2.1 states that each club must provide tickets for
2,000 visiting supporters or such number as represents 10% of the club's certified capacity, if lower than 2,000.

Why would any club voluntarily provide more tickets than they have to - unless they weren't confident of selling the spare capacity to their own supporters?
