Everyone around me stood, a few in front sat down because a steward asked them to 10 mins in so everyone in front of them sat so that they could see, but we were all on our feet by 14 minutes in anyway.

The rest of us stood for the whole game though and the stewards didn't say a word after their first attempt.

I felt sorry for a woman in the row in front of me last night who was unable to stand without discomfort but several rows in front were standing so she had little choice. At West Ham the stewards asked some at the front to swop with some old folk who could not stand which I thought was a good way of handling this problem.

Royal Lady
royalexile Possibly true but the older woman in front of me stood with no problem through the match. Her swearing was shocking though.

Sorry m8, it was a tense game.

The similarities were there. No furry coat though.

 That could have been my old man if you were on the right of the goal?

But at least the seats were comfy. If only I'd been able to remove it and replace my seat at Madejski...

When i do go to away games, always tend to ask people behind me to swap if they want me to sit down. Otherwise you can normally move around when all the bandwagon cnuts have fcked off.

Row C /o\

Happy to stand or sit, doesn't bother me as long as I've got a decent reason to stand or jump around once or twice.. three or four is a bonus.

Good to see everyone standing against palace.
Was forced to sit for the first half against Brighton when some moaning scottish pcunt told me to sit down because two young women he blatantly fancied the tits off 'couldn't see'. They quickly dismissed these claims but he still forced me to sit or informed me he would ask the stewards to remove me. My row was standing at the start of the second alf, so naturally, I stood too. The pcunt then grabbed me and shouted 'sit down for oxf*rds sake, no one canny see!' to which I replied 'it's not my fault I'm tall.' He then grabbed me again and was promptly removed by the stewards. I then happily stood for the remainder of the game :D
