M8 of mine tried to buy a ticket at the T/O this morning and was told his member card wasn't on the system - turns out a couple of years ago, they did a system migration and his account wasn't migrated correctly. May explain your loss of points too, RR?

Royalty points for STAR members goes from 10 to 20 points for next season, what's the thinking behind this STAR :!:

With the increase in most fans' number of Royalty Points since the benefit was first introduced the relative value of the benefit to STAR members has declined. This increase goes some way to restoring the value of that benefit and hopefully helps make STAR a more attractive trust to become part of.

We are waiting to hear from the club whether the suggestions we put forward about Royalty Points following this review will be implemented.

"Don't call us", said an RFC spokesman.

Royalty points are hardly a pressing concern. Biggest game in RFC history went to general sale.

Brentford away last season didn't, though.

Just out of interest, did any of the various suggestions further up this thread get any form of review within the STAR ranks? Suggestions of points falling off after a certain period of time etc?

If points increase every season then prior seasons are effectively dropping off, yet someone who last went to a game 10 years ago would still have more points than a newbie with zero points but less than someone who went to their first game last week.

Can I make a suggestion - How about lower Royalty Points requirements for kids when accompanied by an adult with the correct number of points - This takes into account games that are past a bed time on a school night that the kids are prevented from attending - Kids are the future. A mate of mine has two kids, whilst he could get a Wembly ticket for his eldest son, his youngest who missed a few games was not eligible for one at the same time as he was about 10 points too low.

Yeh I think we need a system that accounts for every single edge case and circumstance.
