Your road to wembley

by 10539.4 Miles Away » 15 Apr 2015 12:56

I'm currently sat at Perth airport waiting for my flight wondering what the hell was I thinking when I decided flying back just for the match was a good idea!

Anyone else travelling back for the game?

Tell radio Berks - they'll love it!

Who you going with and where you sitting? Your visit won't be complete without meeting some nobbers!

Fair play - decided against travelling back in the end as decided the €400 the day trip would cost was better spent elsewhere.

Good on yer mate. Hope you can make the final as well.
Makes the whining about train tickets seem a bit lame.

I shall begin my road to Wembley by walking to Euston and having a few drinks before hopping on the Metropolitan Line. It's more or less like a home game for me.

Ditto. Was just thinking who has got the shortest journey, and if anyone can beat 10539.4.

Unless anybody is coming from the South Pole, I think we've got a winner.

I was actually relieved when we got Arsenal, slim chance I'll need to come back for the final!

East coast of Aus or NZ would definitely beat me.

I'm sitting with nobbers already, one of them was kind enough to sort me out with their ticket,

Kudos pal, I've decided I'll almost certainly fly back (from Sydney) for the final if by some miracle we get there, didn't even consider it for the semi though!

Doesn't beat Perth, Scotland, let alone Perth, Australia but driving down to Reading from Bradford on Friday night, then due to a quite nasty leg injury which turns catching a train into an accident waiting to happen, I'm coaching it from the Mad Stad on Saturday morning.

Skills. If, by some miracle, we do it I'll see you in Dubai for a beer on the way.
