Why the preference of lower tier?

Not sure that's a ringing endorsement....they also own the retail park on the bath road in Slough.

We'll only get lower tier if we sell c.4,000 seats - as of 12:30pm yesterday, we'd only sold just over 1,900. I've bailed and bought in Upper Tier.
