I purchased a couple of tickets online for someone for the Rotherham game on Tuesday but they are now unable to attend.
Am I able to cancel these two tickets and get a refund using my online account or will I have to ring the Ticket Office on Monday?
Can’t see how I can do it via my online ticket account.
I am a season ticket holder.

Believe there are usually there are no refunds over match tickets at any club so you’ll have to ring or go to the ticket office in person and discuss with them.
