Feyenord

by Muzzy » 24 Jul 2006 16:43

Hi All,

How many do you think will be at the game on the 12th? Loyals only (e.g. half full) or glories as well?

On another note, how many of you are getting hacked off with the on-line ticketing!! Been trying to get on all day to get a few tickets for the 12th and it has been constantly busy. Finally I do get on only to be told my card has not been authorised. Phone bank..."no, sir you have sufficient funds. There should be no problem."

Come RFC, you're playing with the big boys now. Pull your finger out!

Rant over :D

I won't be going. Cricket season still. Probably about 19,000 or so I reckon, seems to be the norm for the pre season home game.

Not been to a pre-season since Newcastle. Always dull football and only went then because of a Geordie audit partner who wanted to take his son...who was bored to tears too!

I had the same problem as the original poster, trying to buy tickets with the online system. I phoned up yesterday, and my address details had been entered wrongly (the post-code was in the wrong box), so the bank wouldn't authorise my card. Had no problem other the phone, and the details have apparently now been corrected. Might be worth checking that all of your details are correct, before the season starts.

It seems that people at the ticket office don't know how to input addresses. When I first got a member card, I couldn't sign in for ages. It turned out that they couldn't read their own instructions. The original password was supposed to be your post-code, with no spaces, but some tube at the club had entered it with two spaces.

Cheers, Alex

Yep, this was my problem. They had my old address, although it was never a problem last season?!?

If that's correct then it is a pretty poor turnout!

Still, I shall be there shouting on the boys!

Just received a text from the club. They're beginning to panic about this one!

I'm going in order to get my royalty points. Can't say the opposition offers me any excitement though, could just as well be barnsley or someone.
