According to the club the average wait for the 'Sales Centre' to answer the phone in May 2007 was 30 seconds.
They had 2307 calls across the month.
Be good to see how this would compare to a more active month, say December. It'd also be interesting if the club could report how many calls are for LI business and how many for RFC.
