An away mascot.

Just like Kingsley? Some clubs take their own club mascots everywhere they go, do you think there is any room for RFC to do this?

Kingsley has been to away games. But maybe he's got other commitments ?

And the other obvious question would be 'Why' ?

He's only been away twice that i can recall.

Plymouth last season and Derby this season. As stated why bother unless there is half time entertainment needed other than a pee / food and beer drinking. I did miss the absailing Kingsley though. :D

I have certainly seen him at least at 2 away games this season ( Plymouth and West Brom?) but many clubs do not allow away mascots. I know Bristol city used to allow them but they were banned following the punch up between Woolfie & one of the Three Little Pigs that used to be regulars at Ashton Gate.

I have a sneaking suspicion that it was an imposter abseiling at Derby.

Not many clubs welcome vsiiting mascots these days - too much hassle for them and worries that any "advantage" from having a mascot themself is eroded (yes, I know... )

For instance, when did you last see an away mascot at the MadStad?

we used to have penalty shoot outs between mascots for a while. Although I think that may have ended because Kingsley got violent.

I remember he used to change his boots.

It was a penalty shoot out that started the mascot aggro at Ashton Gate as shown in this clip

The best thing about that fight between the Wolf and the 3 little pigs was the police spokesman afterwards. He said "There was a bit of huffing and puffing but nothing too serious."

It's got to be pretty hard to cause damage when both participants are stuck in those costumes. I reckon Wolfie would have been fine even if all three pigs tried to give him a shooing and the stewards watched and laughed.
