These 2 facts sum it up for me

Wales narrowly avoid becoming first team not to beat Andorra in 41 Euro qualifiers

Andorra's last competitive win was in October 2004

Where are you watching the 2. Bundesliga Mr. Swainey? Hobnob-meat-up/fight? I have a ST with Greuther Fürth and go to see Nuremberg most other weekends.

I'm off to Hamburg in the autumn to watch St.Pauli, but I was talking with St.Pauli (the poster) about a possible meet up in London to watch a few games. I take it you live in Germany, though.

Have fun.

Saw Pauli play against Fürth last Monday.
Fürth won 3-0.

Just home from Andorra, decent away trip that. Dirty team though and that pitch looks an absolute nightmare to play on. Not sure what our fans were doing (no I wasn't on the pitch), G Bale carrying us yet again, poor performance from us as a whole.

As I said on another thread, you're rubbish. Wales - if Bale was injured - would do well to make the top 6 in League 1. These cynically and ludicrously inflated Championships at least give us the minor satisfaction of watching the welsh think they have a chance of qualifying only to see them utterly fail on account of being absolutely mince

Oh settle down  I said we were poor, but that's what you need when you're not performing, a world class player to get you over the line. I love watching Wales, no expectancy and a lot more jubilation rather than relief when we get a result. Less disappointment too.

The RoI are playing Germany next Tuesday in Gelsenkirchen. I applied for and then paid for my ticket a couple of months ago - it was delivered by standard post this morning - five days before the game. Ticket cost me €60 (a good €10 of which was for postage - there was a 66c stamp) and I have been allocated a row U ticket which is as far away from the pitch (in a 60,000 stadium) as possible. So I am not terribly happy.

But ... they sent me 3 tickets instead of one. I have checked my online account again and 'one' is specified ... but now I have three. What to do?

Check with them to see how many are valid?

Also, why are England playing tonight? Thursday is an absolute black hole of a day for competitive football to be played.

Couldn't really care less anymore with England, whatever day they play it will be akin to watching paint dry.

The Irish in Germany sounds like a terrific trip, will you not be going Starfish?

I will be there, yes. As I posted above, I got my ticket (three, by mistake) this morning. It won't be a big drinking night for me, however. I know a journalist from the local newspaper who is covering the game and I am driving with him in the morning and driving back with him after the game (It's about four hours from Nuremberg by car and it saves me €100 in train fare & a night in a hotel) - I'll drink 3-4 beers but not more. And I am not at all optimistic about the game itself. But, I admit, I am looking forward to it - I have never been in the stadium before and it's lots of people's favourite.

As I posted elsewhere, I have contacted the FAI about the two extra tickets I have received to see if I can meet up with the rightful owners (if indeed they exist) before the game.

UEFA split all qualifiers across various days for TV reasons

I'm already bored of this game. Shit ref, diving players and at 1-0 it's game over.

How come every time I click refresh the score doesn't change? Is there something wrong with my computer or with England?

Wilshere, Milner and Henderson absolutely awful. How did they get picked?

The former fouling and snarling. At San Marino players. :|

Have the commentators said anything unutterably patronizing about Sammarinese players yet?
