BR0B0T may have a look at the xG to actual goals a bit later if I cba

my hypothesis is that the goalposts are too big for the female game...we've discussed before based on height, jump etc and it's clear that females can't physically cover the same are of the goal as men

from (anecdotal) viewing the goalies are actually pretty decent on the ground but they are fcuking terrible once the ball is in the air

#3 Alex Greenwood looks like she’s made-up for a night-out on the pull instead of a game of footy.

Readings Jade Moore has started,....and has been booked....0-0 HT against the whipping girls....(true England) missed penalty....and still no seats for the BBC pundits

1-0 win to the lionesses

Nothing too much for the WC winners elect, the USA to worry about here

There are questions about how the US's back line will hold up when they come up against real competition. I wouldn't anoint them anything, never mind champions, quite yet.

:o

Fairly easy 3-0 win on Sunday. I am looking forward to the next game against Sweden. I'll have a much better feel for this team after that one.

Without wanting to come across a pretend try hard misogynist like DD I think it's worth pointing out that Marta DID NOT pass Miroslav Klose for the most goals in world cups

The improvement in the keepers has been absolutely enormous in the last 4 years. You’d have to be blind / ignorant not to see that.

How am I being a pretend try hard misogynist by saying the saves are bang average and blyth spartans have a better keeper then all of these.

At least a try hard misogynist better then an actual bellend like you though.

Oh Scotland. Letting in 3 goals in the last 20 minutes? WTAF!? That is the worst bottle job since the US men needing just a draw to qualify for the 2018 WC lost to Trinidad & Tobago. **shakes head**

sorry if this has been covered before, but pretty sure I heard Jonathan Pearce ask his summariser "who's your Man of the Match" last night.
