Dodginess surrounding transfers including six figure payments to agents with no evidence of their involvement.

Wouldn't surprise me if this was pretty common practice.

Mr Angry Presumably the texts and emails were sent on CCFC equipment, so would have been traceable via the servers?

Clearly explains why, out of the blue, Mackay dropped his £7.5M claim for unfair dismissal earlier in the Year.

Apparently as part of an investigation carried out by lawyers/accountants hired by Cardiff into transfer activity facilitated by Moody and Mackay, there was a warrant issued for the seizure of goods inside Moody's house, on which there were records of these messages. Obviously once Cardiff discovered these messages Mackay had to do a swift bit of backtracking in the media to try and stop Tan making these public.

I thought it was a bit odd that he dropped the claim and suddenly apologised to Tan.

genome It's the triumver8 of racism, homophobia and sexism all rolled into a few texts.

Good luck getting a job now Malky.

It's an ideal CV for a Russian club.

Looks like McKay will be fine/end up managing in Qatar - the LMA have employed the Richard Keys defence.

Guardian's The Fiver, yesterday While Mackay and Moody have yet to volunteer public defences the Fiver hopes will be slightly more nuanced than pleas of “Bantz!”

The LMA now say that their press statement yesterday was just banter.

I liked

disrespectful of other cultures

In other cultures people like to be black, but we should respect their decision.

It's a minefield trying to navigate one's way through the complexities of the fake breasts culture.

Harry Redknapp arguably makes things worse with his defence of Mackay. "He's not a paedophile and he hasnt raped anyone".

Men in football shouldnt be providing lessons on morality.

I bet McKay paid Rosie to get Harry to say that.

As far as I'm aware Mackay is neither a paedophile or a rapist so tbf to 'arry he's got that one spot on.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/footba ... texts.html

Harry Redknapp has become the first Premier League manager to urge football to give Malky Mackay a second chance after the former Cardiff City manager admitted to sending racist text messages.

A statement that was issued on his behalf by the League Managers' Association initially called them "friendly text message banter" but confirmed that two were "one-line texts that were, with the benefit of hindsight, very regrettable and disrespectful of other cultures".

Redknapp said that Mackay had made a "big mistake" but that he was being subjected to a personal campaign that would not stop. "He's not murdered anyone, he's not a rapist or a paedophile," said Redknapp
