As I've posted elsewhere, the locals are sympathetic to Parky as a person, but think he's simply not up to it.
1) Surely they need to put him out of his misery now and address the situation as early as possible?

I never wanted him at RFC - he's got legend status that could only be ruined by the eventual and inevitable sack.
Out of interest, does anyone know how many managers in English football have retired of their own accord ? I've worded this to avoid the ones that leave to go to another club (e.g. Pardew, Rodgers (from Celtic I mean))
